Parsons Green Club is a hidden gem in SW6 with a rich history dating back to 1885; making it one of London’s oldest private members clubs. The club has six floodlight tennis courts, two squash courts, a bowling green, a croquet lawn and a state of the art gym. Sands End Arts & Community Centre (SEACC)
Located in South Park on the corner of Clancarty and Peterborough roads, this SW6 community centre is situated in the heart of Fulham. SEACC has a variety of spaces that can be hired separately or together, including the Main Hall, Meeting Room, The Lodge and The Pavilion.
The café area can also be hired either separately or in connection with other spaces. Their Walnut Tree Café can also provide a range of catering options for events and parties held at the centre. The Winery
The Winery has been a wine shop for over 100 years, sited in a former Victorian pharmacy in Clifton Road W9. In 2020 a second branch opened at 797 Fulham Road. This independent retailer imports their entire range of wines and champagnes directly from small growers in specialist regions around France, Italy, Spain and California. The Winery are also well-known for their wide selection of New Wave dry wines from Germany - the largest range in the UK.
Owner David juggled parallel careers in Wine and Music for decades. He was a record producer in the 80s, a composer for film, tv and commercials in the 90s and liked The Winery so much he bought the shop in 1996.
